Problem creating a deployment with GPT4 model. Current suscription does not have feature required by this model

Question

When I try to create a new deployment choosing GPT4 mode, I put all the parameters and finally it shows the following message:

The current subscription does not have feature required by this model 'Format: OpenAI, Name: gpt-4, Version: 0613' and SKU 'Standard'.

I'm on US East 2 region, that should have gpt4 available.

Do you know a workaround for this situation?

The current subscription does not have feature required by this model 'Format: OpenAI, Name: gpt-4, Version: 0613' and SKU 'Standard'.

This is due to the region availability. Due to high demand, availability is limited in the region.

Azure AI’s goal is to enable customers to transform their businesses with Generative AI with the most advanced models like GPT-4.  GPT-4 is now available to all subscriptions in the following regions.

GPT-4 Regions Available to All Azure OpenAI-Enabled Subscriptions

• Canada East
• Sweden Central
• Switzerland North

I would suggest you, please use different region like Canada East, Sweden Central and Switzerland North where GPT-4 model is available for creation if you don't have any region restrictions for your use case.
