New security info (a new email) was added to my microsoft account and my original email was deleted from the account. They also changed the password.

I cannot review recent activity or anything because the email was changed, I basically can't do anything that involves logging into the account first, including changing password, etc.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with your Microsoft account. Here are some steps you can take to recover your account:

Go to the Microsoft account recovery page.

Enter your Microsoft account email address or phone number, then select Next.

You’ll be asked where you’d like to get your security code. Select the appropriate option and then select Next.

Enter the requested information and select Send code.

Check your recovery email or phone for the code. Enter this code into Verify your identity, then select Next.

You’ll then be able to enter a new password.

If you don’t have access to the recovery options, you can fill out the Microsoft account recovery form. Collect as much information as you can about any Microsoft services you may have used with this account. The more information you can include when filling out the form, the better the chance you’ll have of regaining access to your account.
