Azure OpenAI Service provides dedicated AI models for each customer or sharing them with other customers?

Refer to my topic, I would like to know that Azure OpenAI Service provides dedicated AI models for each customer or sharing them with other customers for use the models from OpenAI. Can anyone provide the source or reference. Thank you.

@Padtawee Srisan-ngam The capabilities of each model that is offered is same for every user. This is similar to how OpenAI provides this capability to users. With Azure OpenAI, customers get the security capabilities of Microsoft Azure while running the same models as OpenAI. Azure OpenAI offers private networking, regional availability, and responsible AI content filtering.

Every model that you choose should be deployed in your subscription to use its capabilities. This means your deployment is only available under your subscription and no other user or subscription will have access to the same. So, in summary the models offered are same as OpenAI to all users, their deployments will enable each user/subscription to dedicatedly use them without no other user having access to the same.
