How can I change Azure subscription to a different company / billing owner

Hi,

I've some VMs, network, DB backup and storage vault consolidated into a single subscription id (8f18-ff-44-98-0759e4). I am looking to change the business entity and billing owner, is this possible?

If this is not possible, how about creating a separate invoice (w/ tax) just for this subscription so that i can bill the external company?

Thanks.

regards

James

Hello @James Khow Thank you for reaching out to us and I apologize for the delayed response!

I understand your requirement to change the business entity and billing owner for the subscription - 8*8-ff-44-98-0759e*****

This is a MCA customer Led subscription with multiple subscriptions. If you want to move only one subscription then you can create another MCA or MOSP account and then do the ownership transfer. Here are the instructions to follow - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cost-management-billing/manage/mca-request-billing-ownership

If you need any further assistance, I suggest contacting Azure billing and subscription management support by creating a support request. The ticket enables you to work closely with the support engineers and get a quick resolution to your issue.

Here is the link - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-portal/supportability/how-to-create-azure-support-request to create support case.

FYI: Azure Billing and Subscription Management support is included in the Basic Support Plan without any charge.

    Hope this helps!
