The mouse is not visible on Bluetooth, but the red light is on

My wireless mouse is not working, the red light is on but it doesn't show up on bluetooth, the wireless mouse has a small USB I plugged it in but it doesn't work.

i updated all drivers, mouse driver and bluetooth.

Hello If it is the first time to use the mouse with windows 11, we may need to ensure it is compatible with Windows 11. If it worked before but it no longer worked, we need to verify whether the mouse was corrupted. Put it on another machine could be a efficient way to verify this.
