RDWeb - Taskbar icons not refreshing

Question

Our customers use RDWeb to access an Electronic Health Record (EHR) Windows desktop application. When they change patients within the application, which changes the title of the window, the tooltip that appears when mouse hovering over the icon in the taskbar does not refresh and still shows the old patient information. This only happens when they use RDWeb. This does not happen when using regular Remote Desktop connecting to the server and opening the application.
