Hi Team,

We have an alias which we have just changed to be redirected from one outlook email address to another, however when I type this alias email address into the "to" field to send an email a little automated drop down box appears for me to select the primary email address that this alias defaults to. The problem is the dropdown box shows both the old and the new primary email address. How do I change this?

    Hi @Lexi Fletcher

Yes. When you add an alias, a drop-down box like the one shown below will appear when you send an email.

If you don't want to show your Outlook alias, according to my test, you select the × on the right and go to File>Options>Mail>Send Messages and check the box for “Always use the default account when composing new messages”. Then go to File>Account Settings>Account Settings and select the account that you want to use as your default.
