How to Deploy Application Code from Private github Repo to Web Service in managed application

Hi Team,

i was creating mainTemaplate.json for publish in azure marketplace as managed application. I have created resources like web app service. Now i want to deploy my application code from private github repo to web app service?

How to do that from mainTemaplate.json file?
