I have had trouble finding my teams cache in file explorer. The articels I have read say that if you search for %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams you can easly find the cache, but when I search for it there is no Teams mapp in that location.

So my questions is, where else could the teams cache be stored?

I also have teams version 23272.2707.2453.769.

    Hi @Tobias Ahlborg

This method only applies to the classic version of Teams. Your current version is New Teams and this method does not apply.

Microsoft currently does not provide a method to clear the cache for New Teams. As an alternative, we recommend that you download the classic version of Teams, because the classic version of Teams provides the function of switching to New Teams and clearing the cache.
