i pressed the Enter Button.
But it didn't change.
And just apply Enter.

To work around the issue, maybe try to change some options: go to menu, TOOLS, Options, Text Editor, C#, Advanced, uncheck the “Rename asynchronously (experimental)” and change the value of “Where should the rename UI be shown?” to “Show UI as a dashboard in top right”. Now the Rename window will include the Apply button. Click it instead of pressing <Enter>.

Which version of Visual Studio are you using?
I tested it in VS2022 and couldn’t reproduce the issue. Could you please create a new project and check it again?
You can also open the Visual Studio Installer and update the VS to the latest version.
Besides, you can enter “devenv /ResetSettings” at Developer Command Prompt to restore your Visual Studio default settings.
