Having loads of problems with outlook. Couldn’t login. Now can’t open outlook at all. And now can’t verify code in Azure

Can you successfully log in to the web side?
In order to better verify your issue, please provide specific screenshots like error message.
For the loading problem of Outlook, considering that the data file may be corrupted, it is recommended that you create a new profile and then add your account to see if the problem can be resolved. Go to Control Panel > Mail > Show Profiles > Add, then re-connect your account.
