I'm starting a business to provide consultancy of Power BI, for which I'm looking forward to becoming a Microsoft Power BI Partner. I have tried to search all the documents related to Power BI Partner and Microsoft Partner Center, but I'm not able to find any reference on what kind of business can become a partner, and was just able to find that I need to sign up to Microsoft Partner Center, and then a verification process will start, if my business get's successfully verified, I can become Microsoft Power BI partner.
Can anyone please create a doc or share information on:
- What kind of businesses will be able to partner with Microsoft
- What are the legal compliances that need to be fulfilled to become a partner
- Is there any financial requirement also?

2023-11-01T06:20:28.5766667+00:00 My question also covers the requirement of the Microsoft Partner Center, because as mentioned in the documents my business needs to sign up in the Microsoft Partner Center, and then only I can become a Power BI Partner.
And, I was looking in the documents that Microsoft first verifies businesses, while listing them on Partner Center. So, I also want to understand what are the requirements for getting verified for Partner Center, especially:
- What kind of businesses will be able to partner with Microsoft
- What are the legal compliances that need to be fulfilled to become a partner
- Is there any financial requirement also?
