Single App Mode for iOS Using Intune

I'm using Automated Device Enrollment method for iOS using Apple Business Manager.

While creating the enrollment profile, I have an option to put the device in a Single App Mode (Intune Company Portal app). My question is, Will the users be able to receive the phone call to do MFA, if their device is in Single App Mode?

I know they won't be able to use the authenticator app on the same device so I'm trying to figure out a way for the users to do MFA.

    Hi,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

Per the document, a second device is required to complete the MFA for iOS devices enrolled via Apple automated device enrollment. Because the primary device can't receive calls or text messages during the provisioning process. Refer to:

Require multifactor authentication for Intune device enrollments

Thanks for your time. Have a nice day!

    Best regards,

    Simon
