Hi, I have this problem, too, but specifically for meeting/event invitations. There is no option in the signature settings to automatically add signature to new meeting/event invites and no "Add Signature" button on the ribbon for new meetings. It works fine with emails and replies to emails, but the signature settings only apply to emails not meetings.

For new meeting invites, new time proposals, or forwarding meetings, my signature is not added automatically, I don't have a button on the ribbon to add it, and I can't even find an option in the settings to add the button to the ribbon. I am hoping this will be fixed soon. I switched to the new outlook because the option to add teams link to meetings kept disappearing in old outlook, and now I am having to manually cut and paste my signature into every meeting invite. :(

Hi @Kishor Suvarna

To add a signature in New Outlook, please go to Settings > Account > Signatures > Add Signature.

Then insert a signature when composing a message, and at the top of the Message toolbar, select Signature.

This does not address the issue about signature option being completely absent for meeting invitations.

Main issue persists... Try to open a new meeting invitation and add a signature... I can`t find this option anywhere (so I keep going back to my inbox to copy and paste my signature back at my meeting invite).
