Rules.1008 Error

In Viva Goals, an entry has a yellow exclamation notice but the details only say "Rules.1008". How do we determine what this error relates to so corrective measures can be made?

All entries listed below do not have a corresponding warning notice. Attached is a screen shot of what the notice looks like when we click on the entry. If you could let me know the reasons of why this specific warning comes up, then I can look deeper into the entry and see if any of those reasons could be attributing to this.

Any update or fix on this? Is Microsoft working on a patch for this? We are experiencing the same error message in our own Viva Goals environment. Any help or suggestions to get these status messages displaying correctly would be appreciated. Notice that the child Key Result shows the status error message correctly, but the parent level Objective shows "rules.1008" as the status.

Considering that i don't have the same environment as yours, so that i cannot reproduce your issue. It's suggested that you could clean the clear the browser cache and check for this error in Viva Goals.

Hi @ChristyZhang-MSFT -- clearing the browser cache didn't resolve the error. The error is wide spread amongst the team and is visible to all our members, not just me. Any other suggests would be appreciated. Thank you.
