I have been working with same laptop with Fedora (34) SO the last three years

Since two day ago I have experiencing an issue with Teams so I decided to uninstall it and try only via web

I am able to enter in myapps with my credentials and Authenticator verification

Once I am logged into myapps I try to go to Teams and I am asked to enter my credentials again

After entering my credentials and the given number from Authenticator I get this

User's image

I have tried several times, I have followed the steps on the link "Can't access your account?" but I get same result.

I get same result even clearing all browsing data on Chrome (I get same result from fire fox).

The administrator on my company also supported me changing my password but still getting the same.

When I enter into myapps on another laptop (Mac OS) and go to Teams, it works without asking me again for credentials.

how is it possible that on my working computer I be able to enter myapps but not Teams?

Thanks in advance

    Hi @García, Gabriel

Please make sure your device’s date and time are not correct firstly, which can cause the authentication token to expire. Next it is recommended that restart the computer to supply a new modern authentication token and try to sign in again. Sign out, and then sign in again using the old (or incorrect) credentials. After it fails, enter in your correct credentials. Open Microsoft Authenticator app, delete all accounts, open the navigation bar/hamburger menu (upper left) > Settings > Device Registration, and log-in to your account. Close the Teams app and the authenticator application. Then open only the authenticator and wait until Face ID has authenticated you and you can see your accounts. Then open the Teams application and it should work again.

If none of them work, you can contact Global Customer Service phone numbers.
