I deleted sql server and started downloading it again.
Now I have this problem.
I install OLE DB driver and ODBC driver but it doesn't help.
I install everything from the official website. I've already uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times.

Is the error message that the system cannot find the path specified? This usually indicates a problem with the file or folder path specified during installation. Please try uninstalling the failed component and reinstalling SQL Server Setup again as an administrator. If these don't work, check the installation logs to locate the issue.
