Create Pipeline WEB API REST API TOKEN INSERT TABLE SQL SERVER

Good day, I have a problem with the creation of a pipeline. I create a web activity, it generates the token, and I save it in a variable. However, I need to insert that value into a SQL Server table. The connection to the VPN is failing in the Copy Data activity's URL. What other activity can I use? I need to create this pipeline to trigger another pipeline that receives the token and generates a table.
