Text Actions is missing in my Snipping Tool

I noticed my Snipping Tool does not have Text Action feature! Where is it?

Hello Amin2234,

Currently the "Text Actions" feature is only available in Snipping Tool version 11.2308.33.0 and higher on Windows Insider builds.

What's the solution? My Windows is up to date but my ST is 11.2202.12.0

How can I upgrade to a higher ver?

There's not much you can do except keep checking for updates in the Microsoft Store app, and hope it gets released to the public builds soon.
