Unable to get certification for submission to Microsoft Store

Got this response to my attempt to get my product certified;

  10.5.1 Personal Information - Privacy Policy	

  The privacy policy link did not resolve to a valid webpage, is inaccessible, or is blocked in China. Please  fix the link                or remove the product from the market.

I am able to access my webpage. I resubmitted making the app inaccessable in China. Got this response:

    10.5.1 Personal Information - Privacy Policy	您所提供的隐私政策链接未能解析到有效网页，无法访问或者在中国                   被阻止。请更新链接，或将产品移出该市场。

Have no idea whats going on. Any ideas??
