I am stuck in an infinite loop with Microsoft Authenticator verification.

One of my work domain administrator accounts uses Microsoft Authenticator for verification during login, and no other login methods were selected. However, since Microsoft Authenticator was deleted, logging in to the administrator account now requires Microsoft Authenticator verification every time, and re-logging into the account through Microsoft Authenticator also requires verification, creating a deadlock. I am wondering if there is any solution to this situation? Or is there any way for me to log in without using Microsoft Authenticator verification so that I can cancel this verification?

    since Microsoft Authenticator was deleted

The secure link is now broken. You'll need the work admins to reset the account so a new QR code can be generated with which you can relink the authentication device to your account.
