Pearson VUE revoked my exam unfairly and now they refuse to provide assistance.

Last Sunday 10/29th I took the AZ900 certification exam with Pearson VUE . However, they revoked my exam because I left my desk to close the door -it took like 3 seconds and it was BEFORE the actual exam started, i.e before the first question even showed up.

So I contacted their support team, who opened a case, only to tell me basically that I will need to pay again for another exam.

I called their phone number, and a very aggresive and rude agent kept leaving me on hold for about 50 minutes. At the end he simply told me to contact microsoft, even after I explained the whole situation and that Microsoft was not to blame, as Pearson's staff were the ones who revoked my exam.

So I'm posting this in hopes someone could assist me with this issue or at least give me more info.
