Help Logging in

When I try to log in to my Microsoft account for Office 365. It tells me to "Approve sign in request"

I try to set up authenticator app on my phone and have not been successful. It just a loop i cannot get through.

When i select "i cannot use my authenticator app" it takes me to select "approve a request on my microsoft authenticator app" or use a verification code. (this i do not understand as both are the SAME option)

    Sounds like you'll need the account admins to reset the account so a new QR code can be generated with which you can relink the authentication device to your account.
