When i try to import the japanese language package iam getting error

Let me explain the exact scenario. We are attempting to import the Japanese language package into our CRM environment we are getting the error.

4. Is this an existing issue or recently observed – Few months back we were able to import the Japanese language translations successfully.
5. Are there any recent customization done on the org – It is a fresh new trail environment.
