Issue in MQTT sending data from device to cloud

Hi,
In IOT hub, I created a Device and SAS token, I sent Data through MQTT and received in IOT hub successfully.
From Yesterday I did not receive data, So I deleted the old Device and created new Device and tried to send the data through MQTT with new SAS token, while sending the message, the response is 'Sent Success', but did not receive data in IOT hub.
Note:
1.I have created a new SAS token.
2.I can send data successfully device to cloud using VS code (Without using sas token).

Since you are able to send data successfully from your device to IoT Hub using VS Code without using a SAS token, it is possible that there might be an issue with the SAS token you created.
To troubleshoot this issue, you can try the following steps:
Check if the device is connected to IoT Hub using the MQTT protocol. You can use the Azure IoT Explorer tool to check the device connection status.
Verify that the SAS token you created is valid and has not expired. You can check the expiry time of the SAS token and regenerate it if necessary.
Check if the device is sending data to the correct endpoint in IoT Hub. You can verify this by checking the endpoint URL in the device connection string.
Check if there are any firewall or network restrictions that might be blocking the device from sending data to IoT Hub. You can try sending data using MQTT over WebSockets if port 8883 is blocked.
If you have tried these steps and still cannot send data to the IoT Hub, please provide more information about the error message or logs you are seeing.

2023-11-02T09:09:47.0566667+00:00 I check with the Azure IOT Explorer only before publishing the data it's showing in the Explorer but now, I publish the data and the I didn't get any error instead of I get successful message only and the data also not showing in the Azure Explorer.
Note: In the Azure Explorer the connection state is showing as disconnected

If the connection state of the device is showing as disconnected in the Azure IoT Explorer, it means that the device is not connected to the IoT Hub. This could be due to various reasons such as network issues, firewall settings, or incorrect connection string.
