Cannot create a VM of size Standard E8bs v5 in west Europe zone 2. Do you know any reason for that?

I just created a Standard E8bs v5 VM in West Europe Zone 2 successfully.
Do you get any error message?

I already created 2 Vms of the same size in the same subscription but in different Zones. Is this related to subscription?
I create with the same VM size in other 2 zones in the same subscription. but not in zone 2.

the error message is point to The requested size for resource '/subscriptions//resourceGroups/matrix-acc-rg/providers/Microsoft.Compute/virtualMachines/awmtx315' is currently not available in location 'westeurope' zones '2'
It might be possible that exactly this Azure VM SKU isn't available in West Europe Zone 2. A reason for that could be low or no compute resources exactly for this zone and VM SKU.
Maybe contacting Azure Support is a good option to clarify the details of this issue.
One more information:
Each datacenter is assigned to a physical zone. Physical zones are mapped to logical zones in your Azure subscription, and different subscriptions might have a different mapping order. Azure subscriptions are automatically assigned their mapping at the time the subscription is created.
Source: Physical and logical availability zones
This means Zone 2 in your Azure Subscription could be but not have to be the same Zone 2 in my Azure Subcription.
