Whys is Intel Core i7-7820HK CPU @ 2.90Ghz not supported for Win11 upgrade?

Any reason why is Intel Core i7-7820HK CPU @ 2.90Ghz is still not supported for Win11 update whereas other chips with lower specs are eligible?

I have been waiting for it to become eligible, there are already people who are running Win 11 on this chip with no issues. Is there any timeline for when can we expect this change?
