What includes 750 hours of free VM use?
You can look through the current offers for Azure however the two most common offer types that take advantage of the 750 hours of free VM use (12 months, 750 hours each of B1s, B2pts v2, and B2ats v2 burstable VMs) are the Azure Free account and the Azure Student account.
