we have issue where the sender send the email on 05PM but the recipient receive on next day at 08AM.

What possible reason message is delayed? If the sender send with delay, can we know from the header message?

    Hi @Handian Sudianto ,

    Welcome to our Q&A forum!

Have your find any errors in NDR message, such as "451 4.7.500 Server busy." ?

We have noticed similar posts by others few days ago, seems to be related with Network and Cloud Server side. Users may experience inbound email message delays of over one hour (Reference issue EX680695 and EX684046).

It is suggested to submit a service help request to handle this issue, thanks for your understanding.
