I have a problem to receive a mail from specific domain
I am working at Yuanta Investment in Korea.
I have been using MS365 without any problem, but I have a problem with a specific domain.
I asked our IT support team, and he requested to MS to fix it. However, these problems have been occurred continuously. Our IT support team told me that it is MS team's fault not to fix it permanently.
I don' t understand what it is going on. Could you figure out it and revolve the problem?

I have been suffering from it, because the specific domain is one of our frequent e-mail domain.
The domain is '@jinmobility'.
