How to log in to admin.microsoft.com with Global Administrator in Azure?

Hello! I created an account with a Global Administration role in Azure Portal. I want to log in to https://admin.microsoft.com. But I am getting an error: You can't sign in here with a personal account. Use your work or school account instead

How can I solve this problem?

Hi @Aleks ,

this behavior could happen if you have a "Personal Account" and a "Work or School Account" with the same email-address.

Here are more detailed information: Which account do you want to use?
