    Hi @Nikos Tyrikos

Based on our research, there are several possible causes and solutions for this issue:

One common cause of the crash is the KERNELBASE.dll module, which is part of the Windows operating system. This may indicate that your Windows OS is corrupted or outdated. It is recommended that you update your Windows OS to the latest version and reinstall it if necessary. Next check your device drivers and make sure they are compatible and up to date. You can also create a new Windows user account and see if the problem still exists.

Another possible cause of the crash is the virtual memory usage. If your virtual memory is too low or too high, it may cause the exception code 0xe0000008. To fix this, you can try increase or decrease your virtual memory size according to your system specifications or clear your temporary files and cache to free up some space.

A third possible cause of the crash is the Teams cache or settings. If your Teams cache is corrupted or your settings are incompatible, it may cause the application to malfunction.
