Microsoft Fixit Product Code For Acronis Product

I am attempting to uninstall (and reinstall) Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office on my computer. When I try to remove it in control panel I get a message saying "Uninstall Failed". The details say "Cannot open AcronisCyberProtectHomeOffice.msi:" I also get an Acronis message saying that the product has been removed. The product still shows up in Programs and Features and I can open the program and it runs periodic backups. But clearly something is wrong. I got removal instructions from Acronis and one of the steps is to run Microsoft Fixit. When I do that, the product does not show up on the list that Fixit presents. Acronis drivers shows up, but not the basic application. Fixit then asks me to provide a 38 digit Product Code. I asked Acronis for this and they provided me with my serial number. When I enter this in Fixit I get a message saying "Invalid Product Code. Please provide a 38 digit Product Code" and then it provides an example of a Product Code format. Acronis support seems to be at a loss as to what their Product Code is. Can someone help?
