I’m having issues with SSO on Desktop Office Apps including silent login to OneDrive app.
SSO works through MS websites
DSREGCMD shows AzureAdPrt : NO and no other info under SSO.

Is it hybrid azure ad joined or is it only Azure AD joined? You should start by looking at AAD operational event logs under Application and System logs -> Microsoft -> Windows
