MICROSOFT TOKEN-BASED ACTIVATION (Multiple Products)

Question

Looking to who within "Microsoft" I can contact to renew an expiring certificate originally issued by Microsoft Product Activation PCA. The certificate was used for activation of multiple office products to include Windows 10, Server 2012 older versions, Office 2016, and other.
But sadly the original Windows Engineer left about 2 years ago and did not leave any procedures. Does anyone possibly know where to point me in the right direction or point of contact?
