Public IP connection refused or timeout

I've just install an EVE-NG lab, but unable to connect to public IP

Hi,

Did you add Public IP interface or address to the VM? Also you need to check NSG rules on the VM to allow external access - check this blog with detailed installation steps - https://www.flomain.de/2020/11/eve-ng-in-azure/
