I am going through the Create Azure users and groups in Microsoft Entra ID and am unit 3, where I am to create an Entra organization. Following the steps to create the Entra ID I receive an error of 'The extension encountered an unexpected error and provided no additional details.' I tried to go directly to Entra ID within Azure and was given a no access message. I tried refreshing, logging out and back in, and incognito mode to see if it was something cached. Any help is appreciated.

Can you signout and sign in again also check the permissions on the account you are trying to create accounts, clear cache on the browser? Check the permissions assigned I believe the account does not have elevated rights on the tenant.

Hi
Im trying to creat an New new work account - Microsoft Entra ID, and and Im getting the error messag "Something went wrong. Please try again, if the problem persists please contact Microsoft support. Correlation ID: 5faba705-5fb5-437c-be2b-248672df9f9d" as show in the screen shot, could some one advice what im doing wrong.
I need this to creat an Partner Account.

Can you please tell us if you have created an Entra ID earlier. As per your screenshot it is unable to create one now.
