ご教示ください。

物理マシン　WindowsServer2022 ×１台　の　Hyper-V上で

仮想マシン　Windows11×10台　を作成する場合、

物理マシン側のサーバエディションはStandardでもライセンス規約的に問題ないでしょうか。

仮想マシンがサーバOSの場合はDatacenterとなる認識です。

The licensing for Windows Server 2022 Standard and Datacenter editions is based on the number of cores in the physical server. Each server requires a minimum of a single base license which covers 16 core licenses.

For Windows Server 2022 Standard edition, it includes rights for 2 Operating System Environments or Windows Servers containers with Hyper-V isolation when all physical cores in the server are licensed. If you want to run additional VMs, then you will need to purchase additional licenses.

If you want to create a highly virtualized environment, then you should assign Windows Server Datacenter licenses, which allows you to run an unlimited number of instances of Windows Server on the licensed server.

これですが、WindowsクライアントOSを利用する場合、ホストOSのエディションは関係ありません。この記述があるのは、「Datacenter HostにDatacenter Guestをインストール」「Standard HostにStandard Guestをインストール」という暗黙の了解があるためです。ゲストOSにライセンス仕様に添ったライセンスが必要です。一般論としては、「WIndows Server Standardの(コア数に基づく)1ライセンス」と「Windows 11の10ライセンス」が個別に必要な理解です。したの情報も確認してください。
