How do I unlock my Microsoft certification profile since its been blocked?

Question

1. 
2. I signed in to microsoft account with my personal gmail address.
3. While I was scheduling for Azure Fundamentals certification with Online Pearson Vue, I faced issues with transactions.
4. Issue- My attempts for transactions failed several times. I tried with different VISA and MasterCard, but still my transactions were unable to process.
5. Then this error message was displayed on my screen "We can't access your Microsoft certification profile because it is blocked. Please contact Microsoft Learning- Security Team**.**"
6. I even mailed to Microsoft Learning- Security Team, but no reply from them.
7. I tried signing out and signing in after 24hours, when I proceed to schedule exam tab, its shows me the same error message.
8. I need to give this exam on priority basis, please help me solve this problem.
