sharepoint online sync on mac

hi team,

need your help with the below. one of my customers is testing M365 and he shared with me the below feedback.

"I’m happy with the things except for one concern, which is on SharePoint sync.  Is there any way to sync the SharePoint site to Mac from the Parent site itself, instead of from the document library level?"

any idea if this is feasible? and what is the procedure to follow?

I'm afraid the short answer to this question is NO. It is not possible to sync the SharePoint site from the parent site itself instead of from the document library level.
