Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.
Many different projects support "web/web control". After you package the project/app to the corresponding type or package, you can put it onto Microsoft Store. You may first confirm your requirements, select the corresponding project templates and language that you want to use to develop and then install the corresponding workloads in VS to develop your project.
