On Microsoft 365 Admin Center - Billing - Your Product i have 878 Purchased Quantity for Microsoft 365 E3
If I navigate to license my Microsoft 365 E3 available license is 888 , assigned license 878/1766
So why there are different qty (878 and 888), also why we can assign license up to 1766?
Likely because you have at least one other subscription, in an expired state. Adjust the filter on the top right of the table to include them all.
You right we have expired license with same product and same qty. How we can remove the expired license so there are no duplicated product and qty?
You cannot remove them, but they will age out in few days/weeks.
