@Syedbabar Ali To add to the answer here, if your data is too large and/or if you want to reduce the number of tokens used for each request, you should consider indexing your data into a vector database (like Azure Cognitive Search) and perform semantic search over it to fetch relevant results instead.

You would be using OpenAI's embedding model to generate embeddings while indexing and searching for data. For better results, you could consider adding detailed information about each doctor to improve search results like including where they studied, research areas, specializations, etc.

Azure OpenAI of your Data provides an effortless way to deploy a similar setup with minimal effort.

You may still use GPT models to create a more natural response with summaries about each doctor, etc. if required.

@Syedbabar Ali Apologies for the delay here! You should be able to JSON objects in .txt files and index them.

Also, for the elaborated details that I was talking about in my comment, you could consider formatting your data as markdown files (.md) which can be indexed as well.
