Groups are not displaying in 'Group and Deployment' tab during OTA update Testing

Hi Team,

We are facing an issue with viewing groups in 'Groups and Deployments' tab.

We confirm that we have followed all the prerequisites mentioned in Manage device groups in Device Update for IoT Hub.

  • We have tried to group IoT device from the connected IoT Hub using device twin method.

We have given necessary access to Azure device according to 'configure the access control for users and Azure Device Update service principal'

We are trying to deploy an update to esp32 using the link Azure_IoT_Adu_ESP32

  • Update instance and IoT Hub has been linked successfully. 5
  • Update manifest has also been successful. 4

Hope we can get some help on the problem faced.

    Based on the information you have shared in the question, it looks like you have provided a tag with ADUGroup value "<group-1>". There is a limitation with naming of the group tag value. The Tag value can contain alphanumeric characters and the following special characters: . - _ ~. I appreciate it if you can assign the ADUGroup tag to a valid value and see if the issue is resolved.
