Please tell me what programming language is your webapp written in? And please try to add the Startup Command, then check the issue.
If it still not works, don't worry, and follow my steps to investigate the issue deeper.
**1.**Click the
Diagnose and solve problems, and check the application logs and container crash.**2.**Enable
App Service Logs, restart the site and check the logs(if there is logs generated).**3.**If you are using the

Glad to hear you can solve the issue. Asp.Net application not support in linux platform, but Asp.net Core can.
