cannot deploy custom ai model in azure, fails with status "failed"

Hello,
I have problem deploying a custom fine-tune model in Azure OpenAI. The base model, which I want to use is gpt-35-turbo-061. The issue is that, each time after deployment I get an error with status "Failed". I tried with both resource regions (Sweden Central and North Central US), but without any success.
