TPM error 8009000B key is not valid for use in specified state

Hello,
We are running into some issues involving RDS 2022, TPM, Edge login, VMWare.
We are forcing RDS user to signin whenever they start Edge. We are running this RDS servers on the VMWare platform and we tested with virtualized TPM and without.
This error will occur most of the times when a local profile is deleted from the server and someone needs to login again in the Edge browser. "Trusted platform provider doesnt work on your computer "error 8009000B key is not valid for use in specified state"
Clicking continue and trying again works most of the time.
Any idea how to get around this error?

Does "a local profile" mean Windows profile or Edge profile? What about clearing cache of Microsoft Edge?

Deleting the local and roaming profile seems to work.We get this error when we created a virtualized TPM on VMWare but also without a virtualized TPM.
