I attempted to take a test with PearsonVUE for SC-200. While displaying the test room to the proctor, their onVUE application locked up on the screen asking me to agree to the candidate agreement (Microsoft terms and service). Despite multiple attempts to get back into the test (while on the line with customer support and the proctor), I was unable to and had to open a case with PearsonVUE. They concluded that I could not be refunded or get a voucher to re-take the test because I "did not accept the non-disclosure agreement before it timed out" (note this was due to their app locking up). I called them at which point they said I'd have to contact Microsoft.
Overall I need to take this test and find it ridiculous that I may have to pay $165 again due to the proctors software glitching. I'm also concerned that the glitch may occur again and so far I've found customer support to be unhelpful.
This needs to be made right by getting me a full refund. Can this be accomplished here and if not can someone provide a number or email I could contact to get results (pearsonVUE has made it clear they are incapable of doing anything)?
