Hi @Begin, Bill
Welcome to our forum!
Based on your description, this seems to be expected. Having the same results in my test environment. I am currently using Outlook for Microsoft 365 Version 2309 (Build 16827.20166) on Windows 10(Version 22H2).
which in the past appeared as a menu item above the ribbon just adjacent to the "Meeting" label.
Based on my tests, the scheduling assistant appears like this when you open the meeting details or when you create a meeting. If you want to view your meeting schedule directly in the meeting view, you can select the Schedule View. It displays the selected calendar in a horizontal layout. The schedule view is useful when trying to view multiple calendars at the same time to schedule a meeting.
Hope this helps!
