This started about a month ago. When I receive a meeting invitation from another person in my company, my habit is to by default check if they have double booked me. I traditionally have done this using scheduling assistant - which in the past appeared as a menu item above the ribbon just adjacent to the "Meeting" label. Sometime in the last month this option has stopped appearing.

However, If I go to the invitation via Calendar and look at the same invitation, then Scheduling Assistant appears as expected.

Have searched extensively and cannot find a reason or solution. (No i can't customize the ribbon to add it back - it doesn't appear as option to add back.)

    Hi @Begin, Bill

    Welcome to our forum!

Based on your description, this seems to be expected. Having the same results in my test environment. I am currently using Outlook for Microsoft 365 Version 2309 (Build 16827.20166) on Windows 10(Version 22H2).

Based on my tests, the scheduling assistant appears like this when you open the meeting details or when you create a meeting. If you want to view your meeting schedule directly in the meeting view, you can select the Schedule View. It displays the selected calendar in a horizontal layout. The schedule view is useful when trying to view multiple calendars at the same time to schedule a meeting.
