    Did you try to send emails with PDF attachments?

    According to our research, this is a temporary backend issue. The Microsoft team is currently aware of the problem and is fixing it as soon as possible.

    As a temporary workaround, please refer to:

    • Go into Outlook settings.
    • Click on MAIL.
    • Click on "Compose and Reply"
    • Change the message format to "Plain Text."
    • Save, and try sending a message with an attachment.
